How to remove old eSIM under "cellular data plans"?

I have a few old eSIMs (note: no current sims) and want to get rid of these that are deleted and say NO SIM. The only way I found was to reset your phone and reinstall from iCloud backup.

This still left the old sims because I don’t have a backup without them. Is there any other way to do this? Is it a bug they remain in the list after deletion?
