Restarting iPad when iPad won't turn off
How do you restart/reboot iPad when you can't turn it off to do a hard restart? Screen is frozen.

Are you sure that you performed the forced restart properly? You do not have to turn the device off in order to do the forced restart. Typically a forced restart will get you out of the frozen screen scenario.

Yes it is an iPad pro. This did not work to force a restart. I am unable to even turn it off at all.
