itunes automatic payment

Hi i keep getting automatic payments taken at least 3x a month they add up to around $9 i tried to make sure all devices are being used and have a reason for the money to be withdrawn, but i can't find any reason or device. I only have one child using iphone at the moment. I checked my account and minimized the charge for icloud to be taking 2.99 a month and im still getting these charges. How can i reset to none and only purchase what i need when i need it?
