"com.apple.xpc.launchd" refers to launch daemon for for the "xpc" service. The service exited (completed) as the result of being sent an exit signal - "SIGKILL" - which came from "mds." The latter is the main Spotlight engine.
As with all messages in Console, it doesn't mean anything except to the developer (Apple, in this case).
