Apple emailed me about an issue processing my order?

I ordered a macbook pro 16inch last night for pick up at an apple store today.

I got an email immediately after saying there was an issue with my order and to contact an apple specialist immediately, and gave me the phone number for the specialist.

The email gave no information about ehat the issue is. i had the money in my account, and the payment is currently shown as pending in my bank account.

my bank never called me about a fraud alert so i dont think it set off my fraud protection, so i dont know what it could be. The macbook is still showing in stock at the store i selected. And i placed the order after hours and got the email immediately after, so i dont think its a stock issue.

Anyways i called the number, and it just asked for me to leave a message. That was 4 hours ago. i left another message just now and nothing. I called the main apple support number and they couldnt tell me the issue and instead patched me through to leave another message.

Incredibly frustrating considering i had plans to pick it up today and the apple store is almost an hour away. i planned my whole day around it.

Does anyone know what this email could be about? Not much info i could find online.
