Inbuilt QR Scan Code is not working properly

After scan the QR code it ask us to open safari browser to view the website. That information is not stored in safari history and more over it is not available in recent viewed application list.

for e.g. after open whats app, youtube etc. application and then go to home screen. Afterwards when you double tap the Home button or swipe up to see the recently viewed application, whats app, youtube etc application are available but same is not available when open the safari browser through QR code

Also, is your iPhone updated? If not, that would be a great first step. It’s a good idea to backup your iPhone before updating.

If everything is updated and the issue remains, I would recommend that you Restart your iPhone - Apple Support

Thanks for the respond

My iPhone is running with 13.5.1 software version.

Scanning QR code is working properly the problem is after open the website through safari those website information is not stored in the history and more over when entering some details on that website and you are trying refer some information from other application by accessing it for example message, photos etc., the website is getting closed. Hence again we need to scan the QR code, open the website in safari and enter the details

To complete our work on the website, we need to note down all the required information in paper/computer before open the website in safari
