my iphone can't update or restore and every single moment show me this and i'm trying for a day when it finished this one showed and can't restore my iphone!

Load the IPSW file for your model from ipsw.me (lots of info about it on google), then use it to update the phone (Option + click Update to open Finder and select the IPSW file). Restart both phone and computer before doing this.
