My right AirPod pro is not connecting to my phone I have reset the AirPods, clicked foegwt this device on Bluetooth, nothing has worked

My right AirPod pro is not connecting I’ve tried click forget this device in setting under Bluetooth and I’ve reset my AirPods twice

iPhone X, iOS 13
