Still under warranty but face if stopped working right after this latest update. Anyone know what’s up? Are other facing this issue as well?

Update on this.
The help desk suggested I restore/update 13.5.1 it via iTunes. Did both, update first, then restore (thankfully I had a backup of my data in iTunes). Did not work. Needed a functional phone, so had to Invoke the warranty to replace the phone.
Thank you For your response, I tried all that before posting it here. I reached apple support again. Since it was right after an update, they suggested this.

i did this, unfortunately did not work. Nothing I have done has worked. I’m hoping it’s a software issue and a patch will fix it soon.
how does that solve the problems??
I reckon it was a hardware issue of some sort.
