Will playing an excessive amount of roblox on a 2019 macbook air mess it up

I play a lot of roblox, usually on a beefier pc that can handle running a relatively complicated roblox game for hours at a time. I want to start playing some of that same game on my 2019 macbook air, but I don't want to make it run slower or anything because I need it for school and I doubt my parents will want to drop another thousand on a laptop if I break it. Will an hour of playing roblox every day on the macbook screw with its performance? thanks
