“My card” on contacts keeps glitching. Every time I delete an old work address, the screen repeats itself three times and does not save the information.

My Card is saved on your Apple ID. If you change this frequently it will seem glitching.
iPhone uses your Apple ID to create your contact card, called My Card, but you may need to provide your contact information (such as name and address) to complete it.
