IPad Pro 10.5” “Pairing Unsuccessful” Logitech Mouse M355

Hello all,

I am posting for the first time here to address a Bluetooth connection issue on an iPad Pro 10.5”.

I bought a Logitech M355 and when trying to connect it to my sister’s IPP 10.5”, the following error kept showing up: “Pairing Unsuccessful, Pairing took too long”.

I tried basically everything: turned off and on Bluetooth/Airplane Mode/Wifi on the 10.5”, turned the iPad off completely and then on again, reset network setting, and so on. Only thing missing was Factory Resetting the iPad, something that I would want to avoid if possible (since I believe it won’t help anyways).

I was able to forget and successfully reconnect the mouse on my iPad Pro 11” several times with no issues whatsoever, hence proving the M355 device seemed not to be the issue there.

After all the attempts on the 10.5”, I decided to give up myself. If anyone has any useful input, maybe related to software (OS), I’d appreciate the help.

EDIT: I forgot to mention: the iPad is updated to iPadOS 13.5.1.

I also tried the “Accessibility method“ for Bluetooth devices, but nothing would happen at all (check picture below).
