My phone I not deleting the cached files automatically
I have an I phone 11. It’s 64GB the system is using 5GB The others is 55GB, I have deleted nearly everything and this does not change the others files.

it should not cause a problem as caches should be self managing.
If after reducing all the junk uou can think of the best way to clear if is to use a computer to backup and restore the phone. That's not a small task.
