Compressed air de-dusting

Is it really unsafe to give my new iPhone 11 Pro a quick de-dusting using a compressed air can? I mean these are designed for computers and are probably the safest way to clean a pc. I understand there is some concern from people about sending dust further into the device but is this an actual threat? I find it kind of hard to believe but I would love the opinion from others in the community! My house is pretty dusty and no matter how much I dust the place it’s always around so my phone seems to collect quite quickly and I thought that an air can designed for electronic devices would work perfectly until I saw a thread from Apple saying not to use them and I wondered immediately if there was any merit to this. I suppose I can just use a microfibre cloth as this is how I currently clean the screen only when truly needed and with a very small amount of lukewarm water. Anyways would love to find a real answer especially from someone at Apple but other opinions would be nice too... thanks!

Hi thanks for your response. I have seen that link before and although it does state not to use compressed air it does not state why or how harmful this truly is and as I stated in my OP I am just looking for some peoples opinions on the matter or preferably a genuine response from someone affiliated with Apple (if that’s even a thing on here). Once again I do not believe that it is very harmful if even at all to use compressed air to lightly dust the screen and ports of an iPhone but I am open to other opinions would just like a little insight... thanks never the less.
