Zoomed icons doesn't work iPhone 11

When I go to display, zoom -- my icons are still small. Help!

Settings>Accessibility>Zoom...

But be careful, if your icons are too big, read this:--> If your Home screen icons are magnified on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
