Starbucks Card in Wallet Deleted by accident

Well...I deleted my Starbucks Card with a pretty healthy balance that was in my wallet. My Iphone backs up to Icloud nightly, but this happened 2 days ago. I do not backup to my PD daily. Is there a way I can restore a card that was deleted from my wallet OR find out what the Starbucks card # that was in my wallet. Starbucks could not find it and I cannot seem to see anything in wallet history.
