I can't play youtube videos on safari with my google account connected, they remain in loading; instead the problem there isn't when I disconnect the account. Google chrome works perfectly in both cases. I've already deleted all the cookies and caches, extensions too. Any advice?

No help, but there have been multiple posts by people having the same problem. Signed in won't play. Signed out, will play. Seems to be a bug in the latest version of Safari.
If you want to, you can send Apple feedback. They won't answer, but at least will know there is a problem or a suggestion for change. If enough people send feedback, it may get the problem/suggested change solved sooner.
