Always on function is not working although I have put it on always on

My Series 5 updated last night and now it no longer shows time,date,etc without tapping the face screen. I checked setting and I have always on, on and I have wrist on. What’s the problem?

Where do I find theatre mode? I don’t see that anywhere

Check to see if you have theatre mode turned on in the control centre.
