I unpaired my Apple Watch but now it won’t let me repair

Hello. I unpaired my Apple Watch but now it won’t let me repair with it it’s still showing on the watch that it’s connected for some reason I’ve tried resetting but won’t let me just saying “rest” then “rest home screen” and when I go on my watch app on my iPhone it says pair Apple Watch

try this;

On a computer, go to iCloud.com and sign in with your Apple ID.

Go to Find Iphone.

Select All Devices, then click your Apple Watch.

Click Erase Apple Watch.

Select Next until the device is erased.

Click the remove button next to your Apple Watch.
