ios 13.5.1 GPS problem

We are also experiencing this with a new application we are building. It's not present in ios14 beta 1 - its not present in 13.4 / I've found it happening in 13.5 + 13.6 from today.

I wonder if this is only for iPhoneX devices? Is everyone on an iPhoneX that’s experiencing this issue. It’s driving me nuts.

was on the phone with Apple for an hour today. They said probably HW after I tried reinstalling the OS.

I haven’t tried downgrading to 13.4 but may give that a shot to see if that fixes.

Same with me. I can’t use driving directions anymore... it keeps rerouting and showing my location on different places... a total nightmare... I travel a lot and lately I’m getting list all the time! This is very serious for me! I hope Apple fixes this ASAP!

Same here. I downloaded app GPSdiagnostic and found that i very rarely have satellite connection. So it isn’t a phone hardware problem. Usually my location accuracy is 65m now. Hope apple figures this out and fixes!

Finally gave up on the x. The screen started to randomly flash all white. With new 11 I get a satellite connection right next to the old x which still reads as no gps.

did it indoors, outside, on the roof... the old x was just weaker.

We have an app that uses location to get the users proximity in our buildings. They check into our site and then when they leave they are GF checked out.

However since 13.5+ some users on iOS are shown as jumping all over the place, often as far away as 10kms. This means users are checked out even though they are still there.

Not sure what do to about this as its not all users and not all sites, seems to happen to iphone 8 users alot in particular.

Any suggestions as this is causing alot of issues.

Why it is marked as solved? does anybody got the solution? My problems started jun 27 and I think it has to do with the upgrade to iOS 13.5.1

Going in to check if antenna is busted this week. Sometimes my location accuracy is off by a kilometer!!!

This is on 4 different devices iPad Pro iPhone X iPhone X

is not only on iPhone X. Mine is 6S Plus with less than a year (because of a change in Apple Store) and I'm having the same problem
