MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 10.15

Post the output of

diskutil apfs resizeContainer disk0s2 limits

Do you want to create an additional partition, or a new APFS volume? Apple does not support partitioning the disk any further if Bootcamp/Windows is already installed.

I want to create a new partition to install SparkyLinux, there is no way I can do that (without using an external drive or virtual machines) if I already have Bootcamp?

Your 2012 Mac is a legacy BIOS emulation machine. Partitioning causes many issues. My recommendation is to install Linux on an external disk. Most linux versions run very well using USB3/Thunderbolt external disks. I run CentOS7 on a USB3 Flash drive.
