Apple ID either not Valid or Supported

The Apple ID I had been using for years for my App Store and Apple Music got logged out, and when I try to log back in, it says ‘This Apple ID is either not valid or supported’. On each platform, on my phone when I try to click forgot password

iPhone 8 Plus, iOS 13

I understand from your question that it keeps telling you that your Apple ID is not valid. I can certainly help you with this!


Make sure you use the exact same Apple ID, and try the steps from the Apple Support article below.

If your Apple ID is locked


If this doesn't seem to help, you should contact Apple.

Contact Apple for help with Apple ID account security
