MacBook delivered with a scratch

My MacBook arrived yesterday and when I opened it, there was a scratch on it... what can I do about this?

You have 14 days to return a new MacBook, bought from Apple in the USA. A doubt that it was specifically a MacBook though as they were discontinued last year. Current models are the MacBook Air and MacBook Pro.
