erroneous payment

When introducing a new card into the "payment method", a payment of $38 was mistakenly debited. I ask you to cancel the payment. I did not buy anything.

I have not made any payments in the App Store since January 16, 2020. I also do not have paid subscriptions. But after half a year, my last game deducted $38 from me. This purchase is not in the payment history on the App Store. I have only a check, which I received by e-mail and debit from a credit card. It's some kind of mistake. I didn't buy anything.
