Cancel subscription and refund

Good morning, I see a charge from my bank account that Apple charge me , I don’t know why and also I did cancel my amazon prime video through the app but it’s not cancel may be this is the reason the charge me . I called amazon and they said Apple costumer service can help me to cancel my subscription and refund . Thx.....
