Hey ayomide209,

What exactly happens when you try to turn on AirDrop? Do you receive an error? Does it not show the option to enable it?

Are you also having issues enabling Wi-Fi and Bluetooth or are you having issues connecting to them? Please make sure that your Airplane Mode is disabled by going to Settings > Airplane Mode: Use Airplane Mode on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, and Apple Watch

You mentioned about resetting everything. What exactly did you try resetting? If you haven't yet, try restarting your device to see if it helps: Restart your iPhone

Let us know how it goes.

Cheers!

Hey ayomide209,

Thanks for getting back to us with additional information. We appreciate it!

Have you tried connecting to multiple Wi-Fi networks and multiple Bluetooth devices besides your AirPods? We want to make sure that this isn't an issue with one type of Wi-Fi network and one type of Bluetooth devices.

If you're having issues with multiple Wi-Fi networks and multiple Bluetooth devices, we recommend that you reach out to Apple Support team for further assistance: Contact Apple for support and service

We hope everything works out!

Warm regards.

Hey ayomide209,

I see that you're unable to change the settings for your AirDrop and I'd like to help!

You may have to go to Settings > Screen Time > Tap Content & Privacy Restrictions > Tap Allowed Apps and make sure that AirDrop is turned on.

This information plus additional steps for using AirDrop can be found here: How to use AirDrop on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

I hope this helps!

Warm regards.
