Searching in Safari on MacBook gives me both French and English Languages

I have noticed when I have been searching on Safari (default search engine is Google), there are both French and English that comes up. On the top of the google page, where there are the options all, images, videos etc, the words are in French. However the actual website seem to be in English.

I have my preferences under languages set to English US. I have scanned for Malware and have not found anything.

Does anyone have an idea on what's going on? I have attached a screenshot of what comes up. Notice the panel to the right is French but the main contents of the search is mostly English.
