How to restore my data
I delete my data from old phone
and lost it on the new phone
whate can i do

If you backed up the old phone before transfer or backed up the new phone after transfer (as advised in all the instructions) then you can restore the new phone from either backup.
You will lose any new data you added after transfer
Without backups it is all gone
