I wish I could help. If I knew how to trace it back to the hacker I could stop but I don't have that kind of tech skill. The person hacking me runs me through a lot of proxies and at this point I'm sure my entire OS is corrupted. My phone has connected to YouTube and played videos even though my SIM card was locked and wifi and Bluetooth were off
It was worse when I had an android phone. He had cloned a Google Play Store. There was literally a second operating system running in the background. If you have Android disable everything Google and that will slow him up but it won't stop him. When I did a picture-in-picture appeared and he was filming me live from the center of the phone despite no lense being there
Basically even with Apple all they need is your phone number. Then they send a self-deleting text with a virus that attaches to the OS then the message deletes itself. Even fresh reinstalls won't help
You have a similar problem to me. The authorities who have people with the skill to trace him don't care at all about a regular person and on top of it the hacker has connections in law enforcement.
What I don't get is why Apple won't do anything. It's possible the hacking community stays one step ahead of them. I heard there was a recent back where the code went on for days. But if Apple can't keep up its because they don't care. They have so many customers that they could care less if someone is angry they won't help.
I would think just because they market their brand as so secure they would want to stop it but it's probably because they've known all along their phones aren't even close to hack-proof. They have 1.5 trillion in market cap. They could stop it if they really wanted to
