Ipad Not Charging
My ipad flashes on and off while trying to charge. It shows the battery with about 3 red lines underneath it but it will not charge.

It is possible that your battery has reached the end of its life. You should make an appointment a an authorized service provider and have it checked out.
One thing to consider, if your device is running iOS10 then it’s old enough that you may be money ahead to invest the $100 a battery replacement will cost and put it towards a newer model if your budget allows.
