Apple TV app not working

Apple TV app on Mac OS not working as in it only shows up with library tab and nothing else. I tried restarting the app , loging in and out and restricting the Mac too but it didn't helped at all.

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 10.15

In some regions, that is all that is available. Availability of Apple Media Services - Apple Support
If you are not signed in to the app (menu Account), then several options will not be available.
If you are not connected to the internet, then unavailable options are not displayed.
