Moms MacBook Air constantly running out of memory

She has a macbook air from 2010 and it’s constantly running out of ram because she has lots of windows minimized, is there a way to upgrade the ram

All MacBook Air models have the memory soldered to the motherboard, so it isn’t upgradable. I suggest getting a newer model
