Hi!


There could be several reasons for a Apple ID to be disabled in iTunes and App Store. Everything from the account have been marked as fraudulent to just a billing issue that has been going on for a long time.

But the best action is always to contact the iTunes Store support.

There are different ways to contacting them but I would recommend to call them.
