How can I retrieve my photos fro my lost phone???

Are they visible on icloud.com using the same Apple ID? Did you create a backup to either iTunes or iCloud?

If the answer to all of this is no, the photos are gone.

ITunes is what you can use for Songs or Restoring / Syncing your Devices
