how do I activate my new iPhone 11 with virgin mobility?? I already put SIM card while device was off and turned it back on and still no go...

If turning the phone off/on doesn't help, then you'll need to contact Virgin Mobile for more help. They may have an online form you can fill out to activate the phone.

Did you get a new SIM from Virgin mobile? Or were you using your existing one?

I believe you need to contact them directly to activate a new phone.
