I deleted a bunch of my photos and I need them. My son and my mother in law passed away and I lost the photos 😢

How can I recover photos of my dead son and mother in law?

I am sorry to hear about your double loss. My condolences.

How thoroughly did you delete the photos and when? Did you delete the photos permanently - meaning, are the photos gone from the Recently Deleted album? Unless you emptied this album, the deleted photos can be recovered for 30 days. (See this link: Get help with missing photos - Apple Support)

If you shared the photos from Mail or as a message, you may still be able to recover some of them by searching the attachments of your mails or messages, or other Sharing apps you may have used.

If you have a backup of your iPhone or iPad that contains the photos, you can recover the photos by restoring the photos from the backup. The backup has to have been made, when the photos have still been on the device. And if you have been using iCloud Photos, the iCloud backup does not include the photos.

How to restore is described here: Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup - Apple Support

Before you restore the device, make a current backup, without overwriting any older backup. After recovering the photos and saving them, you will want to revert to the current state.
