WebKit Blob Resource error 1 in iOS 13.5.1

Here is screen with trying to download database with users (export csv from CMS):

This error started only in 13.5.1.

Already trying to:

Set correct (automatically) date&time
Clear cache/data in Safari.
JS turned ON
Reboot device

Tech info:

iphone 11 pro max

iOS 13.5.1 (latest) and Safari also.
