Unexpected payment
There is a pending payment of 12.99 and i am not sure why need some clarification on what this is

they say contact support however I have MULTIPLE charges that I didn’t make. Found them whenever my bank notified me of suspicious activity on my account. They are listed as PayPal transfers (since I have always used PayPal as my payment method) APPLE has DENIED ANY REFUNDS FOR THIS, but did refund me for what I said was my charges!!!
