Ringtone randomly plays
Hello, Over the last few days a ringtone I have on my phone began to randomly play. I was not receiving a phone call but the ringtone began to play. I have noticed it sometimes begins as new email is being downloaded to the phone. However, this is not consistent. It sometimes just plays. Has this happened to anyone else and how did you stop it? My phone is currently backed up and the latest update installed. I also reset the network settings at Apple's suggestion. Thank you,
