I found a IPOD
In a culverts entrance in my neighborhood. Can't find the owner. Is there a way to find them the ipod is connected to an apple id, or clear it so I can use it myself.

Turn off Activation Lock - Apple Support
You could try to run an ad or turn it into the police, although if it was in a culvert then its’ very likely that it’s water damaged and good for nothing but recycling
