I set up my new Apple ipad with all the info required. When I signed in and entered passcode I got message it was incorrect. Called Apple support and I was kept on the phone over 2 hours without being able to resolve my problem. I think rep was new to the support as he also didn't know how to help.


Trying to get it back to factory settings to start all over again. Help!!
