Apple watch water Damage

I jumped in the pool with a small crack in the top of the apple watch screen. The watch is now water damaged and will not turn on. Is there a way I can send this watch back to apple to be fixed or replaced?

You are probably better off replacing it but maybe you can call AppleCare first to see if they have some thoughts.
