how to update iphone 4 to ios 9 or higher?
i am new to the whole iphone thing & tha'ts not the problem, the problem is that i got an iphone 4 that DESPERATLY needs an update to IOS 9 or higher, i need step-by-step INSTRUCTIONS plz?
