how to change my storage plan from monthly plan to anual plan

Hi

I would like to know how can I change my monthly iCloud storage plan to be an anual plan.

MacBook Pro 15”, macOS 10.15

You cannot. The annual plans were discontinued years ago now. There are only the monthly billed subscriptions now.
