Why can’t I send pictures to android. From. Iphone6s

Sending photos to Android phones using messaging is called MMS Messaging. MMS requires both the following :

Settings > Messages > MMS Messaging = “on”
You have permission to use MMS from your cellular carrier. This may cost extra.
