I can’t make or receive calls! What can I do?

My phone will not allow me to make or receive calls. I’ve tried my service provider for help but it doesn’t last. Any suggestions?

iPhone 8, iOS 13

Are you with T-Mobile or one of their MVNOs? If yes they are having a major outage.
