Hi Tired_n_DC,

I understand you're having trouble managing emails in the Mail app and I want to help.

Is it that you're seeing the red badge with a number on the Mail app?

If that's the case, try opening Mail and navigating to All Inboxes. Tap Edit > Select All > Mark > Mark as Read. That should help you remove any messages showing as read in an inbox.

Who is your email service provider?

I recommend checking their webmail client and seeing if you can find these messages on their website.
