Flashing white lines

My iPad Pro has flashing white lines horizontally. Usually present with the color black. (Worse when black is present on the screen somewhere) It’s gotten to the point where we can’t see anything on Netflix because it flashes so many white lines the entire screen is obscured. We’ve reset it and hard restart. Any other advice!? Cannot afford a new one and can’t afford 500 dollars for Apple to repair it.
