Apple card monthly installments not working

Is anyone else having this issue? I'm online at apple.com trying to order an iPhone and no apple installment option appears as advertised. At the end, when the total is shown, there's a blue line there advertising apple card monthly installments. I click on that, takes me to another page advertising apple monthly installments, I scroll down to iPhone, click buy, walks me through the iPhone purchase, see the apple installment option, click on it and it disappears never to be seen again. Suggestions? This has happed multiple times and with no luck getting an apple advisor on chat or phone. UGH. Never had this much issue spending money ... especially with Apple.

It wasn't a Goldman Sachs issue but thank you for jumping to that conclusion. The issue is that Apple doesn't mention on its new installment offer that the order has to be generated from the iPhone Apple Store app or through an iOS device NOT in private browsing mode. Would help when Apple release a new "enhancement" if they'd also include a few instructions on how to use the new "enhancement". Took 3 support techs to discover the issue so I wasn't the only idiot!
