Item not available in country/region??

I can play a certain song if I search for it and play it. But when I add it to a playlist it becomes grayed out and tells me it is "not currently available in my country or region".

So I can play it solo but not in a playlist????

It happens on both my phone and my computer.

Windows, Windows 10

I understand from your question that you cannot play a song because it says it is not available in your region, but the song plays fine when searching for it . I can certainly help you with this!


I would make sure that the region on your Apple ID is set correctly. This could be giving you the issues you are experiencing:

Change your Apple ID country or region
